Raspberry Aronia Balsamic Glaze
A deep-colored, complex glaze that upclasses pork chops or any other meat — and comes together in minutes.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
- 1/4 cup aronia berries
- 1 1/2 tsp white balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Puree all three ingredients together.
- Pour over pork or other meat, or put in a jar and save for later.
Tip: You can make your own raspberry sauce from scratch instead of using jam — this version is just the quick route.
